The product is beautiful and the leather is soft. Shipping was a nightmare and this was my first order and I did not know what to expect. Well I would not expect knowing where the bag was in the shipping process and or if it was ever showing up. The tracking never showed where it was and months out I thought it was not ever coming but then one day it just was here but tracking never told me it was here. But the bag itself is lovely
